Welcome to the Drake Swing Club!

We love to swing--dancing, that is. From the Charleston to the Lindy Hop, the Drake Swing Club can teach you the basic moves of swing dancing. Interested? Get your friends together every Wednesday night and learn to swing.

Lessons are from 7-8 p.m. in the Morehouse Ballroom every Thursday. There will be a social swing dance every Thursday following the lesson from 8-10:30 p.m. in the Morehouse Ballroom.

Our swing instructors are professional swing dancers dedicated to teaching YOU how to swing. They want to be here, so please take advantage of this opportunity. You'll be surprised at how much fun you'll have!

So What's New?

Every Thursday night from 8-10:30pm, head over to the Morehouse Ballroom for a social swing dance. Meet swing dancers from other colleges, such as Grandview and the University of Iowa.
