Problem: When I try to load the streamed page, I see a rectangle in the middle of the page with no image in it, or I read an error that says QuickTime lacks the correct plugin. Solution 1 : Visit QuickTime.com for a free download of the newest Quicktime Player version. Solution 2 : QuickTime Preferences > Browser > Empty Download Cache Problem: The page loads, and it looks like it's going to connect, but refuses. Solution: Check your streaming settings. QuickTime Preferences > Advanced Tab. Under Transport Setup, select Custom and HTTP Port 80. Restart your computer. If the stream still refuses to work, instead of using HTTP, try Advanced and Automatic. Restart your computer. Problem: On-campus playback is choppy. Solution: The Drake network faces large demands. The problem you experience is related to Drake's network speed.
