Play by Play: Brian Harrington

Brian is a Senior Broadcast News/Psychology double major from Hastings, MN. In his years at Drake, Brian has called either play-by-play or color commentary for almost every home game for the Men and Women's basketball teams, volleyball team, and virtually every Roosevelt High School Varsity football game.This Spring, Brian will travel to St. Louis to call the Men's Missouri Valley Conference Basketball Tournament in early March and will be courtside in St. Charles, MO to call the women's tournament as well. He would like to thank his family for their support, the crew of the telecast for making these last few Relays broadcasts such a great experience, and of course his wonderful fiancee Ashley for keeping him sane through the long nights of research that went into the last few years of working for the Relays broadcast. He is looking forward to working with the crew along with Nick and Greg to make the 100th running of America's Athletic Classic the best yet!
